Airplane Art – Air France Airbus A319 departing London Heathrow

It’s still Sunday, so it must be time for some more airplane art.

This week we have a Air France Airbus A319 departure London-Heathrow as he heads towards Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to connect its passengers to the world.

Air France currently operates a fleet of 28 Airbus A319s in its short-haul fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A318, Airbus A320, Airbus A321 and Airbus A220 from its Paris hubs.

The airline is in the process of introducing the Airbus A220 to its fleet (with 8 aircraft introduced so far). These will replace the smaller Airbus A318 and Airbus A319.

This plane – F-GRXK – joined the Air France fleet in March 2006. It has remained in the Air France fleet ever since. It recently operated from the Paris Charles De Gaulle airlines hub to destinations such as Bucharest, Dublin, Zurich, Brest, Munich, Venice, Copenhagen, Athens, Rome – to name a few.

More airplane art next week!
