Sanctuary Centers received a two-year grant from Cottage Population Health and additional support from the St. Francis Foundation to provide free counseling and psychiatry services to youth in Santa Barbara. This partnership could not have come at a better time as we are just beginning to see the true cost that the pandemic has taken to young people around the world.
The Sanctuary Centers started this program in January and are currently at full capacity and are looking for additional office space to be able to provide the care and treatment so many young people have had to wait months to receive.
To this end, Sanctuary is enlisting the help of the community to identify 2,000 to 3,000 square feet of viable office space in the downtown quadrant between Garden Castillo, Cota and Mission streets.
